I have been trying to get my passport which I have paid for and sent the documents in, the manager Nazeem Andrews and the employee Djedje Ncedani who did the mistake of doing an I.D renewal instead of a passport, i sent through the documentation the asked for(payment receipts, etc) which they asked for on the 9 January 2020(I app**** for the passport on 20 December 2019), I haven't had any response since the 10 January 2020. I now had to move my trip which will now have me pay extra cost because these people have no customer service s****s. All I want is a damn refund or my passport so i can get these things done.
