Department of home affairs worst service in the history of mankind

In my 24 years of living I have never ever had a smooth experience when it comes to the DHA they are so useless. I've been to 3 different home affairs today...edenvale,alberton & heidelberg. On the 30th of April 2018 and they **** that the system was down as they did not want to work because tomorrow is a public holiday. They don't care that we've woken up early in the morning to get our affairs in order yet they will not help us ... I think the only experience you need to work in the government is to be lazy and to have a natural go slow attitude...totally useless bunch. Malusi Gigupta needs to stop being a frog and needs to do something about DHA.
