Trying for 4 weeks to have marriage status changed after being divorced for 4 months , so what's the options

1) Go to local DHA office and they send a copy of documents to Pretoria, still not changed 4 weeks later 2) call the toll free number ********** 190 never speak to an agent after trying 6 times and waiting 1 hour each time. 3) Call the landline ********** 500 doesn't even ring 4) log a query on line on DHA website, security code doesn't work, so doesn't log the query
