Department of Home Affairs System outdated and not working

I app**** for renewal of passport on DoHA Online System - payment made - payment accepted. Was unable to make booking as the Standard Bank Centurion Branch which is still on option when applying is no longer operational so one can not make booking.

Today the Online System is down - I called the "Customer Care" - they say I must wait - after 22 minutes I am still waiting for online system
