We have been visiting their branch at FNB Merchant Place 4, Sandton twice in the last month and the service was simply outstanding. First time, application for ID, from parking entrance to exit precisely 20 min, second time, application for passport, all in and out in 13 min. Also, staff very friendly and efficient.
