Department of Home affairs South Africa worst service ever!

Worst in the whole world ever.Sitting in working hours to apply for passports. The staff is so unfriendly overall,and we sat a whole day to get biometrics done only until they went "offline" again with no application done yet .Definitely the worst service ever. Discusting.
