Department of Home Affairs South Africa ( Pretoria& Nyanga-Cape Town ) poor service and backlog

At Nyanga Department of Home Affairs I have been register/ insert his father on my son birth certificate and apply for the Unabridged Birth Certificate since 2011 and done follow up 2017,2018, 2019. first follow up in 2017 the mentioned that in their system shows up on Progress and the asked me to complete another forms I did and they made telephone to Pretoria and they promised by 2018 will be done they will send me sms and follow up was made on the 2018 and no feedback was given and 2019 January follow up was done and their systems shows that it not done or attempted and the gave me several contacts of Department of Pretoria to do follow up by myself I refuse because why should I do their job to follow up with Pretoria to ask what is problem.

January 2019 I went to collect my Unabridged Birth Certificate I apply 2018 June if I am not mistaken and I got the Birth Certificate but the information captured wrong my place of birth, my father's birth certificate was captured wrong.

Please help this has been happening since 2011 and it is 2019 no feedback on my son and my one everything captured wrong.

I need assistance because I cannot register my son to school they request Unabridged Birth Certificate and I cannot open for him bank Account they request the same
