Good day Trying to apply for a passport in Somerset West is the most abysmal experience with *********** security staff and no supervisor on duty to be seen even after asking to speak to the supervisor from 14:00 on Friday 9 March. I waited until 15:00 and saw no sign of her. I managed to speak to an employee Mthozami Maseti who was the only person who attempted to communicate with me. It is high time that this poor service is addressed. Simple public relations practices is something that does not cost anything, and instilling a competent work ethic is essential. When will the department adopt an efficient code of conduct?
