Department of Home Affairs should Fall

This is my second complaint to the department on the same issue and the Department has not had to decency to reply, just show you how their business operate.

I think its time they look at the management team as someone needs to handle Hello Peter complaints.

But when it comes to increases, they will want to strike but based on what. They should be paid per successful application, maybe they will take their work seriously.
