Department of home affairs said I'm deceased but I'm alive

In 2017 the system at home affairs said I'm deacead but I'm still alive.then the officials instructed me to fill the forms and for witness aswell that confirms that I never been deacead before.i submitted the forms but till today the system of home affairs said I'm deacead.the time I make this quiry I went at Germiston home affairs they can't help me. My ID number *** Cell number *** Please help a guy out.
