I'd like to express my gratitude to department of home affairs in randburg. I went to fetch my smart id card which I app**** for on 2022 and due to health reasons I haven't been well to fetch it. They went all out to help even though I understand that it was not their fault, big up to the Collections department for your efforts. I'm so grateful. Thank you.
