The home affairs at the Pavilion is always off line.

Monday 07 July off line. Tuesday 08 July I managed to complete the application for a new passport. However while waiting to pay, once again off line. When speaking to the supervisor, the answer was we have escalated the problem to the head office.

This is a daily occurrence.
