Shocking at the lack of enthusiasm or system organization. Working class people sitting the day away not getting paid for waiting to collect a identity document or passport. The staff has no professionalism and no regard with handlingindividual request. Identity and passports are placed on benches and made to wait. As a hardworking tax paying citizen I'm disheartened by these standards of service from the public sector. What's worse if you didn't pack a meal you sit there starving outside vendors no vending machine inside. Security are like the management of establishment. Is this actually what we vote for?😪
