Department of Home Affairs Menlyn. Application for a smart ID

I app**** for a ID smart card in January 2025 and to date have not received it. After making contact with the supervisor via e mail, trying to phone the person and two e mails to the minister of Home Affairs, to date I have had no response. Who should I contact to assist me. The minister keeps on saying how wonderful his department is and functions, but my experience with the department in Menlyn is not at all satisfactory. Kindly get some action with this department.
