Department of Home Affairs - Marriage registration nightmare!!!

We registered our foreign marriage in person at the department of home affairs in Krugersdorp, November 2019. We were told that is must be referred to Pretoria head office and that the marriage would be registered within 3 months. Now, September 2020, my marriage is still not registered. I've sent emails to almost every email I can find on the website, with one reply. At any given day, when I try to contact home affairs, I would hold on for 44min at a time, call would cut out and I need to redial again. For the last 5 months, absolute no answer. I visited the Randburg branch, no success. Rude and unhelpful staff members. What they seem to fail to understand is that I am a taxpayer in this country. They have a service orientated position. Rather, you will be treated like ******* and ignored. I am so tired of not being able to talk to someone and not even being heard.
