Department of home affairs is failing my baby not birth certificate till today

My name is Siyanda I gave birth to a baby boy on the 16th of October 2022 at Empangeni,I then went to home affairs at Empangeni to get him a birth certificate, I then made I mistake with my ID so his Certificate is wrong the lady at the home affairs, emailed all documents needed to rectify this to the home affairs in Pretoria, there have not been a response till today, and the employees at that home affairs also don't know why this has not been attended to till today its 2023 now, I'm very much disappointed with this department bad service
