Department of Home Affairs is absolutely pathetic

I app**** for my unabridged marriage certificate on 7 December 2018. I waited the suggested 6-8 weeks before I began persuing it. After countless visits to Somerset West Home Affairs, hours spent holding on their call centre line, numerous emails upon emails, I still don't have my unabridged marriage certificate. I am frustrated beyond words!!!
