Department of home affairs is a joke!

Im extremely ****ed of with home affairs who cant update a simple status on my grandmothers death certificate even though i submitted all relevant documentation now i cant activate the estate im being charged with late fees i have to waiste my personal time and petrol. If this is not sorted very soon i will be forced to take legal action.
