Department of Home affairs is a joke!

I have to select a star , but if I had an option they deserve zero ! I started my application for new passport and ID card in March , I want to cross borders fro work , but you get nothing out of these people , I am stuck in Upington. Countless calls and visits to the branch , the latest excuse Pretoria DHA changed the system and to top it all The entire DHA pretoria has no power or water in the building ! I am on my 7th passport , but they have to verify fingerprints by hand now ! How in this world do you do that ? My personal opinion there might be a lot of lazy people working there or recieve salaries but not really working. This is so bad for our country I do not even going to go there ! The worst service and we the tax payer allow this nonsense to go on. Months to get a passport ?
