department of home affairs is a disgrace. cyril and aaron , you should be ashamed!!

our department of home affares is a shambles and disgrace- aaron , as minister you should be ashashemed. i have stood in qwues for over 4 houes , JUST TO GET the RIGHT FORM TO FILL IN. this is the DOHA in Randburg , but i am sure all other home affairs offices are in a sorry and disgracefuil state. . i am a 67 tyear old pensioner, and have sttod in the cold and heat , togewther with many other South Africans , black , white, coloured and indians, with babies , and elderly and disabled citizens , trying to get copy birth cerificates , death certificates to claim death benefits , marriage certificates. your staff are lazy , in polite and extermely unhelpful. bar the FEW THAT TRY !!. you should be ashed, cyril and aaron. this doesa not apply only to your department, but to HEALTh ( AARON, You again, and other government depaRTMENTS. fire all your staff , including yourselves , and employ , willling , able and efficient South Africans!! there are plenty of good SA citizens looking for weork. your unemployment stats recently released, bear testomony to this!!. i am not surpriused you are not listed on HELPOPETER>COM, as then hellopeter would be inundated on government related complaints!!
