Department of Home Affairs (inside Standard Bank Head Office Branch) in 5 Simmonds Street - AWESOME

I had a major problem trying to renew my sons passport due to the payment not reflecting so I could not complete the online booking and could get no telephonic support and Killarney Mall Home Affairs were useless saying PAY AGAIN and go queue.

I went to the Department of Home Affairs (inside Standard Bank Head Office Branch) in 5 Simmonds Street and they bent over backwards to assist and were super helpful and super efficient with me coming back 1 day later (needed to bring my wife and child) and problem resolved in 5 minutes and application completed in under 15 minutes.
