Big ups to the department of Home affairs in Randfontein. We went there yesterday for my daughters birth certificate surname change and application for my new ID, the service was so excellent, there was order and the staff was so friendly and the security guards as well, they deserve a WHOOOOOOOOOOOO SHAME!
