I was so disappointed by the dha I app**** for my son birth certificate in December 2023 till today I have not received it . When I try and the call centre the person I was talking to was so impatient and hang up the phone on me, mind due I waited full 20min on a call to be assisted. This is not right. Her name was Lizzy.
