Department of Home Affairs does NOT care

Very disappointed on how long it has taken the department to reply to a simple query and I've been waiting more than a year and lost R800 already and the problem is still not fixed. Best part is they don't care about complaints because they know it wont affect them. How are you supposed to get anything done if the systems do not work?
