Department of Home Affairs Dissapointment AGAIN & AGAIN

Am I the only one experiencing this The Department of Home Affairs keeps insisting we make online bookings for ID Smart Cards but a person cant get a slot even a month over, really angry and fustrated we need identification to remain productive and work in the economy.
