Department of home affairs - cannot get my birth certificate

In early 2017 I app**** for an insertion of my fathers details into my birth certificate - was told I need DNA tests, spent a few grand to get that done - all done returned to home affairs with tests, all good and everything sent off.

A few weeks later I get a call that my birth certificate is ready, I go in to branch to collect and they had made a huge stuff up, they put my fathers details in to the certificate but REMOVED MY MOTHER.

Was told they will need to fix this, well, that was over 2 years ago, now I phone them every 2 weeks and get told to phone back in 2 weeks, no progress, no answers. Completely helpless and I cant get a copy of my birth certificate, I mean, what do I even do?
