Department of Home Affairs ....... BAD BAD BAD

Very bad service from them. It has been a year now and still waiting on a unabridged marriage certificate. Even phone and communicate via mail to local and head office. Even mailed them a copy of the original marriage register and wrote to them where is was submitted.... and still nothing.....

very very very bad service...
