Department of Home Affairs - Akasia - Great Service

I used the Akasia, Pretoria branch of Home Affairs. My experience was literally 5 Star. There is a person that will help people sitting in the queue outside. Take them through to the correct counter inside. The ticket system works. The staff is courteous and helpful. They even helped me when they saw i was waiting a little longer than i should be. I renewed my passport without any hassles. All 8 counters were staffed and 3 photo booths. It is a bit out of the way, but worth the trip.
