Hi, The Department Of Home Affairs Akasia has not been able to assist me, my application for passport and ID since November 2025, I dont if they know how to use the system of lack of training, my documents/application been pending since last year, a guy by the name of John even asked for bribery no help me, very shocking behaviour there.
