Department of Home Affairs

A lot is being said about employing and harboring ******* immigrants. When researching the appropriate avenues to report individuals who are guilty of these offences, one is pointed towards the webpage of The Department of Home Affairs which has an sms number where an onymous sms may be sent to. This I have done and received no response (not delivered). I have sent emails to every possible email address available on the website - no response. I have called the tip-off number - it does not work. I have called the SAPS, they referred me to the Department of Labour. I called the Department of Labour, they referred me back to Home Affairs. How does one report ******** activity of this nature in South Africa???
