Department of home affairs - a bunch of illogical, ********* and apathetic idiots!!!

I just spent 3 hours at the department of home affairs in Port Elizabeth before giving up and going home...3 hours wasted, 3 hours that could have been spent actually achieving productive work and instead 3 hours wandering around a hall of packed people all wondering what the hell is going on. Seriously, is this what our tax money is being used for?

Poor service doesn't even come close to the illogical, ********* and substandard service being provided. The concepts of alleviating choke points, forming logical systems of traffic flow and ensuring quick turnover of clients are lost upon a staff of apathetic idiots.

In my opinion, the entire charade that is "the department of home affairs" including the idiots that call themselves staff can be easily replaced with an online service ... at least then you could endure the ridiculous waiting in the comfort of your own home.
