Department of Home Affairs

I am finished with the service at Home Affairs Kwanonqaba in Mossel Bay but you cannot complain anywhere as NOBODY answers the telephones and they either cut the line/queues at least an hour before they close or the system is off-line or they have a shortage of staff. It took me 10 months to eventually collect my Passport, (one example, being at the front desk but cannot collect it due to Covid regulations!) At the moment trying to get my sons new first time ID, been there 5 times already, same problems. Wait for hours, then they cut the queue. This is a basic simple exercise, but is just seems IMPOSSIBLE, we have wasted hours....days...and each time I have to take off work.
