Department of home affairs

<p>I am very very disappointed with the Department of home affairs in Ladysmith KZN. I went there in January 2017 to apply for an unabridged birth certificate. They said it would take about 8-10 weeks. Its been more than 4 months now!! I need this urgently because of traveling !! Before August !! Disgusted..</p>
