Department of Home affairs

The Department of Home Affairs in Roodepoort is the pits to say the least. There are no procedures in place to make the process efficient and the pure lack of Human empathy and decency is very low at that branch to say the least. We were made to stand from 7 in the morning till 12 the afternoon waiting to be assisted. During a pandemic can they atleast get their process and procedures in place to make things abit more Humane and efficient ...When asked what is happening no one could even give you a clear indication as to what is happening and the response was very rude and abrupt. As a state entity they have normalized giving people **** service and we have normalized the acceptance of that **** service...Disguising.... Roodepoort Home Affairs really need to be investigated for the service that they render to the public..
