Denied my right to vote by Department of Home Affairs

I have been denied my constitutional right to vote by the Department of Home Affairs in Cape Town Bellville. I have not once, but twice done my duty of taking a day off from everything to spend it at the Belville Branch of Department of Home Affairs. I have stood in the ques, filled in the paperwork and waited and waited some more, paid the fees, spoken to this consultant and that consultant, half smiled for the camera , paid some more fees for a temp i.d and eventually after a good amount of time, left the branch feeling chuffed with myself because in 2-3 weeks I have been promised that I will be the owner of a new shiny Identification card. I have also been promised a SMS to tell me it is time, time to go back to Bellville to collect this card which besides everything else it allows you to do, it gives me the ability to vote. To make a difference because we are told and so I believe, that every vote counts. It's been 6 months now and twice I have been told " we are very sorry but we have no knowledge of your application for an I.D card", I'm sorry, what did you say because I have a receipt aswell as the temp i.d I received on the same day to prove that I did in fact apply for an I.D. The answer I was given was again " sorry ma'am, we have no knowledge of your application. Now, I am an understanding person, a patient one, so one loss, ok, human error, twice, are you flippen kidding me? So I spent two days of my life I will never get back standing in ques to give Home Affairs some of my cash just because. No one can offer any explanation , I definitely wouldn't even attempt to try and get refunded, I don't have months to waste for a few rands, my time is more precious so what now, I cannot vote and every vote counts right so if that is the case , is it a fair election or is this some kind of plan to cut out white female voters. Who knows, maybe that's far fetched, maybe not?
