Demand a receipt

<p>Today I app**** for an abridged as well as an unabridged marriage certificate at the Randburg office of The Department of Home Affairs. I was told to pay R75 for each certificate. I queried the payment but the person who assisted me (S Ramokoka) insisted that this money was due otherwise I could not collect my documents. I received only one receipt for R75. I was told "that's how it works". I later found out that S Ramokoka had done me in with R75. People, take care!</p>
