Delayed or Uninteressted.

I don't know why i am surprised with the lack of efficiency and enthusiasm with the Home Affairs staff. Waiting in a queue from 0630 the morning, for it to open at 08h30, but for them to start at 09h00. We have jobs to go back to, its so unfair. I only left Home affairs at 15h00 that day. Just to apply for an unabridged birth certificate.
