Delayed Issuance of Smart ID Card

I am writing to express my concern regarding the delay in receiving my Smart ID card. I submitted my application at the Pretoria Central branch on January 8, 2025. Despite the promised turnaround time of 14 days, I have yet to receive my ID card.

On January 27, 2025, I sent an email to *** to inquire about the status of my application, but I have not received any feedback or communication regarding this matter.

The delay in issuing my ID card is causing me significant inconvenience, and I kindly request that you look into this matter urgently. I would appreciate any update or information regarding the expected delivery date of my Smart ID card.
