delay on my permit appeal application

I have app**** for a extension of my work permit in October 2014 at VFS offices in Sandton, my application was sent to DHA Pretoria and i got a rejection due to outstanding letter from department of labour and i made an appeal in December 2014 after i had made an application for the letter to department of labour. Received a confirmation from department of labour in April 2015 that they have send my letter to DHA, tried to contact DHA since then but still no response on the status of my application. It has been 7 months now and I am still waiting for an outcome. Have tried to contact both VFS and DHA Pretoria multiple times but did of receive any satisfactory feedback.<br> The delay in the outcome for the visa application remains unexplained and I still await for the application to be processed.
