Delay in processing the Appeal Applications

<p>Hi,</p> <p>I app**** for Appeal on Dec23rd,till now there is no update of the status and still showing as it is pending with DHA.</p> <p>When called the Contact centre and they are telling they don't have any system to track the Application status.</p>
