DEBT OF HOME AFFAIRS-ROODEPOORT

Debt of Home Affairs- Roosepoort Branch: WORSE SERVICE EVER!!! My son turned 16 in 2022, it is now 15th August 2023 and we have been trying to get in to get his ID done. I had to apply online twice with no luck of getting an appointment as the system says his ID nr and name does not match. The security does not want to allow us in when we go to the branch. Today they said there is no issue with the system we must just keep trying even though we have been trying since 26 Jan. Now I know we don't have the best government but how the hell can an ID application be so complicated? The security just sits there and stares at us and refused to find someone inside who can assist with a booking.
