Death Certificate Marital Status

I really need your help please. I am traying to get my Dads death certificate marital status s change since August 2017. My Ref 1 ********** 42. He was a widower when he passed away in May 2018. I have been communicated with Mr Hennie Meyer who has recommended me to Mauritius Williams. I have send numerous requests to Ms Mauritius only to get weak responses. If you can help i would really appreciate it.
