Death Cert status to change immediately

I submitted documents to Home Affairs 8 times. The last documents I submitted on the 27th May 2019. I started with this query July 2018 already. My mother Kate Rose Helena McDonald Id ********** 083010 death certificate should read WIDOW and not MARRIED Please rectify URGENTLY
