Date of birth Amandment

I have app**** for ID number Amandment from Department of home affairs on the 9 March 2020 and till date I did not get any form of communication or any update about my application.

I have been calling home affairs from last year August 2020 and I was always told that the application is available but so far nothing has been done so yesterday on the 23rd of June 2021 I called them and they telling me that my application doesn't have more than six months so I must be patient.

It's now a year and a half since I made this application but am told by home affairs employees that my application is only less than 6 months. May you please assist me or intervene so that I can get this resolved and get my new ID.

Application was done at department of home affairs in limpopo (Lebowakgomo)
