DA Time to make a change!!!! DO WHAT YOU PROMISED!

I completed the online application and payment. Needed to do biometrics. The Westville Home Affairs branch manager told me that I need to wait from 7:30 to 16:00 just to do my fingerprints and photo. Can the DA please get involved and bring order and common sense to all branches. They don't know how to split the people up for a more efficient service that makes sense. Please DA councilor please help!!! The service and attitude of the staff is **********. A few banks are ready for Hone Affairs BUT Home Affairs don't have the staff or necessary equipment for the process to start on a good note. WHY IS THIS SO HARD!!!
