Crime at Home affairs

I went to Home Affairs at Orlando West Soweto, only to see two guys following an elderly woman trying to pick pocket her. One of the customers said to me I should not say anything as the guys will harm me, but I asked the lady to close her bag and those guys got upset. I then went to the security at the door to tell them what happened but next thing I see the talking to the very guys who where committing the crime. I told the security what happened and they acted surprised but I could tell they are aware of the ******* activities happening in those offices , so disappointing that we cant be safe in a government institute anymore, especially the elderly people.
