Confirmation letter case# ***

I submitted an application for a letter of confirmation to Home Affairs with all required documentation and fees required being paid for in 2011. To date, i have not received said confirmation letter. after having dealt with the customer complaints line on an ongoing basis to no avail and having mailed which ever authorities i could reach, still I have had no success. I believe this is beyond *********, and as a tax paying citizen i demand that this matter reach a resolution. I am disgusted by Home Affairs lack of regard in this matter, and my need to constantly be following up and being given the run around to absolutely no avail.
