This is my utmost gratitude to Mr Kwazi Mchunu from Pavilion branch. Mr Kwazi Mchunu is one of the very few South African who take their responsibility and role seriously. He went out of his way to help me with a registering to get a booking with home affairs. However when that failed he was exceptional in ensuring that I got help as I had been to Pavilion multiple times.
