Complaint Unabridged Birth Certificate

POOR SERVICE!!!!!! We have app**** for both of my son's Unabridged Birth certificates on 19 June 2019. 3 weeks later we have received an sms for my one son's unabridged certificate to be collected. We are at 30 September 2019 already and I have not received my other son's unabridged birth certificate. I have contacted Home Affairs Akasia numerous times now, even got a reference number from them that would apparently expediate the process, but 3 weeks later now. Still nothing. You cannot provide a service to your people like this!!!! You told us it will take up until 8 weeks, we are almost 4 months down the line now, STILL NOTHING!!!!! This is pathetic!!!!!!!!!!
