Complaint, passport collection

On Monday, 28 Sept 15 at 14:40, I visited Home Affairs, Centurion. I received an sms that my son's passport was received at HA, Pretoria. I queried whether they can request the passport from Pretoria HA in order for me to collect it at Centurion. The lady who assisted me told me plainly that the issue was between me and George Home Affairs where I app****. She said that they don't even communicate with Pretoria Home Affairs and also said they don't have the number for Pretoria, HA. She sent me away without even advising me or even trying to assist me. She also refused to give me her name. <br> I am horrified by the way I was treated and the quality of customer service received.
